Wigs:
All wig purchases are considered final sale. Due to the intimate nature and hygiene standards of our wigs, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.

Bundles:
We stand behind the excellence of our bundles. Should you encounter any defects or issues directly attributable to our craftsmanship, you may request a return within 15 days of your purchase date. To qualify for a return, bundles must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in pristine condition.
